Gerard Pique has a habit of causing mischief on Twitter.
The Barcelona defender has taken plenty of digs at Real Madrid on the social networking website over the years and has even fallen out with international teammates - most notably Alvaro Arbeloa - because of his cheeky tweets.
So when Pique announced he would be doing a quick Q&A session with his 13.1 million Twitter followers on Wednesday night, something controversial was always bound to happen.

One of the questions the 29-year-old received was from Piers Morgan, the journalist and broadcaster who famously rants about his beloved Arsenal at every available opportunity.
Morgan wanted to know if Pique had any interest in signing for the Gunners - “to put us out of our defensive misery” - and the defender’s response was typically savage.

“It's very very difficult Piers,” Pique responded. “Ask your 'friend' Arsene to buy quality defenders!”

Arsenal fans want another centre-back
Arsenal have been left short at centre-back during the opening weeks of the 2016-17 campaign due to Wenger’s failure to sign an experienced player for that specific position this summer.
The veteran French coach brought in Rob Holding, 20, from Bolton Wanderers for £2 million - and the England Under-21 international partnered Calum Chambers during the 4-3 defeat to Liverpool on the opening weekend of the season.
Holding then started again against the Premier League champions Leicester City, this time alongside Laurent Koscielny, as the Gunners kept a clean sheet.
But Arsenal fans are desperate for another central defender to arrive before the transfer window closes next week.
Valencia’s Shkodran Mustafi is top of Wenger’s wish-list, although reports suggest the Arsenal boss is also considering a shock move for Manchester United’s Phil Jones or his former teammate Jonny Evans.
Can also win the Premier League title if they don’t sign a top-class centre-back this month? Have your say by leaving a comment below.
