Chelsea are currently enjoying a fantastic start to life under Antonio Conte.
The Blues sit joint-top of the Premier League table, alongside the two Manchester clubs, after picking up three wins from as many matches.
N’Golo Kante and Michy Batshuayi have already made an impact since arriving at Stamford Bridge earlier this summer while the west London outfit also announced the signing of goalkeeper Eduardo from Dinamo Zagreb last week.

Conte is now set to add a fourth player to his ranks, with just two days remaining before the summer transfer window closes.
According to Goal, Chelsea have submitted a €25 million bid for Marcelo Brozovic and Inter Milan have accepted the offer.
Brozovic likely to agree personal terms
As things stand, Brozovic is yet to agree personal terms with the Blues.
However, a source close to the player and Inter have told Goal that it’s “extremely likely” an agreement will be reached over the next 48 hours.
Talks are ongoing after Brozovic reportedly demanded a substantial pay increase in order to leave the San Siro for Stamford Bridge.
Inter are keen to take the money, with the Italian club at risk of falling foul of Financial Fair Play regulations following the big-money arrivals of Gabriel Barbosa and Joao Mario.
Cesc Fabregas will not be heading to Inter
Cesc Fabregas, who is reportedly available for transfer but made it clear on Twitter on Sunday that such rumours are wide of the mark, will not be used in a part-exchange deal.
However, the Spaniard could find himself even further down the pecking order once Brozovic is signed.
Brozovic can succeed at Chelsea
The Croatia international is a versatile midfielder who can operate either on the flanks - typically the right - or from a central position.
An excellent passer of the ball, Brozovic will be expected to create chances for the likes of Batshuayi and Diego Costa upfront.
And at 23, the Croatian has the best years of his career ahead of him.
