Randy Orton took on Brock Lesnar just nine days ago at SummerSlam and despite the fact that he needed ten staples in his head to repair a gash that was caused by The Beast Incarnate, The Viper is already being prepared for his next big challenge.
Last week on SmackDown Orton was interrupted by Bray Wyatt as he tried to talk about the brutality he encountered at the hands of The Beast, in a match that has been condemned by many of the WWE Universe.
The match between The New Face of Fear and The Apex Preditor looks set to be announced tonight on SmackDown Live and is only the second on the card after AJ Styles vs Dean Ambrose was made official last week.

This is the match that Bray Wyatt has needed for the past few months and after missing out on a match at SummerSlam, this could be a way to make the former Wyatt Family leader relevant again.
Bray left Erick Rowan on SmackDown a few weeks ago and with Luke Harper currently out injured and Braun Strowman being drafted to Raw, it seems that this could have marked the end of The Wyatt's as a family.
Orton has just performed in the main event match at the second biggest WWE pay-per-view of the year and he proved how resilient he was against The Beast Incarnate, a win for Bray over The Viper is just the kind of push he needs in his career at this point.
CALM BEFORE THE STORM?
It was leaked online last night that Randy Orton will be facing Brock Lesnar in the rematch that no one expected, at a live event the day before Raw's Clash of Champions pay-per-view. The event could yet become a Network Special and it takes place at Chicago's Allstate Arena.
Randy Orton could be set to overlook the challenge that Bray will bring in just over a weeks times because he will be focused on the rematch that could become just as brutal as the first match between the two heavyweights.
This will be Orton's second pay-per-view match since his return from shoulder surgery which caused him to miss more than nine months of action over the past year. This match could be the beginning of something huge for Bray and could easily push him forward into the WWE Championship picture.
