Ronnie and the 2k gang have been revealing ratings for the latest instalment of the famous gaming franchise over the previous fortnight ahead of the release in September.

We know the starting point of big-name sophomores Karl-Anthony Towns and Kristaps Porzingis, along with the likes of first-time All-Stars Isaiah Thomas, Andre Drummond and 2016 Most Improved Player C.J. McCollum.

But now we have an early insight into how Cleveland Cavaliers stars like LeBron James, Kevin Love and Kyrie Irving will look on 2k17.

Of course, nothing is official at the moment, Ronnie 2k and Chris Manning have taken to Twitter to ensure fans don't get too hung up on the pre-release ratings.

The below image shows the rundown of the Cavaliers' biggest names and James, the best player on the game ahead of Stephen Curry, looks set to have a rating around 96. While his three-point shooting is not among the best in the league, a D+ rating seems very low and could be one of the attributes to change.

Irving, who had a brilliant summer - leading the United States to an Olympic gold medal after winning his first championship ring - is pencilled in at 89 - although, there are arguments that it's a low rating considering his performances in the playoffs.

Love, who has often been on the outside looking in at the Q Arena, is at 82, Tristan Thompson is at 81 while shooting guard J.R. Smith is on 77. Role players Richard Jefferson, Iman Shumpert and Channing Frye are all rated at 74.
