Published 3 Comments

Everybody wants a piece of the Conor McGregor pie, it doesn't matter what sport you participate in.

Now it is the turn of Canelo Alvarez, who has stated that he also wouldn't mind lacing up his gloves to teach the Irishman a lesson or two.

"If he wants to come over to this side of the world and try boxing, anytime he wants, to see that it's not as easy as he thinks," Alvarez said.

It's funny that Canelo is angling for some sort of fight with McGregor, seeing as how he has been avoiding Gennady Golovkin for the past year or so.

Maybe go for the number one contender in your own sport before asking to go toe-to-toe with someone from a different one.
