When you are signed with World Wrestling Entertainment, one of the worst things you could do is advertise a rival promotion on your personal Twitter account.
Well that is exactly what Mick Foley did yesterday afternoon. Oops.
The Monday Night Raw general manager sent a tweet promoting the fact he was doing a signing in Louisville, but instead of accompanying the tweet with an image of his signing, he attached a picture promoting Total Nonstop Action, better known as TNA.

Foley quickly realised his mistake and the fact he posted his tweet with the wrong image and quickly corrected it by re-posting his message.
Despite acknowledging his mistake and realising he had promoted a rival, Foley decided not to remove the tweet and it's still there to be seen on his feed, something that WWE surely won't be happy with.
Foley did in fact reveal why he won't delete the initial tweet and he claimed that it was a funny mistake. Not sure Vince McMahon would agree, however.

His error was quickly jumped upon by fans and his followers, with the majority of them rather surprised to see him promoting a TNA event.
A lot of them were advising Foley to remove the tweet, which comes as no surprise, whilst the others were just left baffled at the GM's mistake.

Foley has been back on WWE TV on a weekly basis ever since the WWE Draft and the brand split, with him working as Raw's general manager under the commissioner Stephanie McMahon.
