He has become the new Sting in the hearts of WWE fans as they have questioned if he will or won't be seen in a WWE ring in the near future?
WCW legend and short lived former WWE superstar Goldberg has signed a deal to become one of two lead names on the upcoming WWE 2k17 video game.
A return match?
Goldberg's last match in WWE came at WrestleMania XX when he took on the man now referred to as the Beast Incarnate, Brock Lesnar.

Lesnar is now also the big name that everyone wants to see take on the 49-year-old former World Champion should he make a return.
Everyone has been asking the former WCW star about a potential return to the ring and he continually echoes the same sentiment - that time is running out.
His most recent interview on the subject came courtesy of 'Fanatics Views' who not only asked him if he'll be returning, but also handed him a Brock Lesnar t-shirt.
Goldberg's reactions to the Lesnar t-shirt will surely send fans into meltdown:
Seeing Lesnar blow his nose on a Brock Lesnar t-shirt and tear it in two is surely one of the sights that fans have been waiting for.
The former world champion even added a throwback to his old catchphrase by claiming: "Brock Lesnar, you're next".
A clash between Lesnar and Goldberg would certainly be one that would earn a lot of hype amongst wrestling fans.
It has been rumoured that if the match is to take place, it will likely happen at WrestleMania 33 in Orlando, Florida next year.
The situation is very similar to that of Sting, who in 2014 signed with the company but still took the better part of a year to debut at Survivor Series.
Lesnar is not expected back on TV now until next year with a match at the Royal Rumble tipped to be the Beast's return to the ring.
