Conor McGregor revels in lavish pool party after defeating Nate Diaz

Published Add your comment

Conor McGregor banished the demons of his loss to Nate Diaz at UFC 196 by defeating the welterweight at UFC 202, and he celebrated in true Mac Life fashion.

The Irishman knocked his American foe down three times during the brutal affair, finally scoring a decision victory after five, blood-filled rounds of action.

Although McGregor had plenty of his own wounds to lick after avenging the initial defeat, he still found time to celebrate in style in Las Vegas despite hobbling around on crutches due to an injured foot.

Many people speculated that McGregor would come up short against Diaz for the second time after submitting to him during their first bout.

The sheer difference in size was sure to negate McGregor's world renowned knockout power somewhat, but the Notorious One trained hard on his ground game and conditioning to take the fight to Diaz.

Following a hard-fought, career-defining win, McGregor did not retreat to the shadows like he suggested he craved ahead of UFC 200. Instead, Mystic Mac's team 'TheMacLife productions' posted a video of him enjoying a lavish pool party at the Encore Beach Club in Las Vegas.

Tons of beautiful women and adoring fans piled into the resort to celebrate McGregor's big victory that he scored only one day prior and the 28-year-old was clearly enjoying the adulation.

What's next for McGregor? One would think he will return to the featherweight division to defend the crown he claimed from Jose Aldo in record time.

However, a rubber match with Diaz lurks on the horizon for big money and there is little doubt that will happen eventually.
