CM Punk will be having his first ever fight in UFC this weekend when he takes on Mickey Gall inside the octagon in Cleveland.
This is a big step for Punk, as it will be the final transition for him between WWE and UFC as he looks to start off a new career in a new promotion and in a new sport.
The WWE themselves have stayed away from promoting the fight taking place this Saturday night, but one WWE official has gone against this and has taken some time out of their day to wish the former WWE champion the best of luck in his fight. This person is Raw general manager Mick Foley.

Speaking on UFC's Facebook page, Foley said: "Hey Punk, it's your old friend Mick Foley. I just wanted to tell you that I'm rooting for you. A lot of people out there are rooting for you. A lot of people are rooting against you but I know that you're the type of guy who really enjoys proving people wrong.
"I know nothing is certain in life or in UFC but if there is one thing I would bet on it's that win, lose, or draw you will leave absolutely everything you have out there in the Octagon. I'm proud of you, and I know you're going to do great. Best of luck, buddy."
A great message from one of the most beloved superstars across sports entertainment.
At least not everyone in the WWE is turning a blind eye to what Punk is about to achieve on Saturday, but it will be interesting to see if anyone else linked to the company decides to talk about the former WWE superstar this weekend.
