CM Punk is all set to make his official Ultimate Fighting Championship debut against Mickey Gall this evening at UFC 203, but the two came face-to-face last night during the pre-fight weigh in.

After the duo had completed their weigh ins, with Punk coming in at 170lbs, they then went face-to-face with each other, with Gall offering his hand to the former wrestler.

However, Punk didn't take up his offer of a handshake and just stared at the 24-year-old.

Words were said from Gall to Punk, before the two were separated, which then allowed the former WWE star to turn to the fans to get their seal of approval.

Punk clearly looked fired up and ready for the fight, and afterwards, he revealed why he decided not to shake Gall's hand during the weigh in.

He said: "I don't know. He was stuttering. He kept repeating, ‘Oh you don't want to shake my hand, you don't want to shake my hand' or something like that.

"I'm not here to shake anybody's hand. I'm here to punch people in the face."

You can see the video of the two at the weigh in below.

This will be the first time CM Punk has ever stepped foot in an Octagon, and it comes nearly two years after officially signing for UFC after leaving WWE.

Punk was a big draw for World Wrestling Entertainment, becoming one of the top heels with the company alongside his manager Paul Heyman.

However, his relationship with the company continued to fall apart, and in 2014, he decided to quit the company and challenge himself in UFC.

Injury delayed his debut, but he is now all set and ready to go at UFC 203.
