Bella was surely the favourite to win the match, but it turned out to be a completely new face who would emerge victorious.

In a very back and forth match, all five women had opportunities to win, but it was NXT upstart Alexa Bliss who found a way.

The ending to the match however will surely intensify a different rivalry; Carmella nailed Nikki Bella with a superkick to actually keep the longest reigning Diva's Champion in history down for the three count.

Bliss came in to steal the victory from from Carmella though by throwing her out of the ring and taking advantage of a helpless Bella.

With Bliss now the #1 contender for Lynch's championship, she is expected to challenge her for her title at No Mercy next month.
