Have you ever wondered how certain NBA players would fare in the NFL?
We know some guys, like Allen Iverson and Nate Robinson, were impressive footballers in their formative years before focusing their attentions on the game that went on to be their profession, but it is often said that many guys in the league have the physical stature to compete.
Well, the Sacramento Kings recently put that to the test (kind of). The Western Conference franchise took their best player, DeMarcus Cousins, to the virtual world and placed him in EA Sports Madden '17.

The 6'11, 270lb center was created as a running back for his favourite franchise, the Oakland Raiders, and played against their real week one opponents, the New Orleans Saints, and the results were impressive.
Virtual Cousins rushed for an NFL-record five touchdowns in the video and fought off the defence with his impressive physical stature.
Of course, there is no way of knowing what level the game was played on, and it was virtual, so we are in no way saying it would be the same in real life, but in the depths of the offseason, it's some fun for all of us.
