The three-point shot has never been as prevalent in basketball as it is right now.

Behind the Splash Bros - Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson - the Golden State Warriors have enjoyed unprecedented success with their potency from beyond the arc with an NBA title in 2015, in addition to claiming a record-setting 73 wins last regular season.

Curry dropped a record 482 threes throughout the 2015-16 campaign, and who was second on the list? Thompson, of course, with 374.

However, NBA shooting coach David Nurse has decided to take things to the next level.

Nurse was working with the Brooklyn Nets last season, but don't take the New York-based franchise's 21-61 record as a reflection on him; this guy can really shoot.

In a video posted on Youtube, Nurse set the world record for the number of successful three-point shots executed inside one minute, with one ball.

Standing at the top of the key, the coach didn't miss one single shot inside the minute and managed to sink 20 bombs from deep - simply incredible.

Nurse has challenged anyone on Twitter to try and beat his record and send their submissions to him; we wonder if the Splash Bros might take exception to that challenge.
