It is a dream come true for most basketball players to see themselves on NBA 2k. However, former Portland Trail Blazers forward Rudy Fernandez was given a shock when he searched for himself on the latest edition of the game that was released last week.

After spending four seasons in the league, three of those with the Blazers and the final one with the Denver Nuggets, the Spaniard is now back in his home country with Real Madrid.

Madrid are on one of the 16 Euroleague teams to be featured on 2k17 but the developers made a big mistake when it came to Fernandez.

Not only did they get his name wrong, calling him Fernandez Rodolfo, his skin colour was also some way off as he was depicted as a black male.

But after tweeting the game's official Twitter handle, the error was made and Fernandez will get to enjoy playing as himself in the game.
