The WWE Universe have been scratching their heads in recent weeks after Triple H's one-off appearance on Monday Night Raw a couple of weeks ago.
The Game had been off TV since his WrestleMania defeat to Roman Reigns earlier this year, but he surprised everyone by interfering in the fatal 4-way match for the Universal Championship.
Due to Finn Balor relinquishing the title after injuring his shoulder, Mick Foley and Stephanie McMahon agreed on a fatal 4-way match for the vacated title, and it saw Big Cass, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, and Kevin Owens square off.

After an interference from the Cerebral Assassin, it was Owens who picked up the win, following Triple H hitting both Reigns and Rollins with pedigrees.
Since then, Triple H has not been seen.
It was heavily expected that he'd show up the following week on Monday Night Raw, but he didn't, so the WWE Universe are still unsure on why Triple H turned on Rollins and sided with Owens.
Well, according to Wrestling Observer, there is a good reason behind Triple H's absence.
In their latest newsletter, they have revealed that The Game is staying off Monday Night Raw because of the competition they face with Monday Night Football.
Raw's ratings have been dropping lower and lower in recent weeks, and for that reason, they are wanting to keep Triple H off TV so that his return is seen by more people.
Therefore, the WWE Universe shouldn't expect to see Triple H until the new year - on Monday Night Raw that is anyway.
He could turn up at pay-per-views, maybe even Clash of Champions. Who knows.
