The day is fast approaching - the moment we finally get to see how Kevin Durant will gel with his new teammates at the Golden State Warriors.

After an incredibly busy summer for the 2014 Most Valuable Player - that saw him leave the Oklahoma City Thunder after nine seasons and win an Olympic gold medal - the focus is now on winning an NBA title.

Much is expected of the Warriors after they added Durant to a roster that already included back-to-back MVP Stephen Curry, All-Stars Klay Thompson and Draymond Green and 2015 Finals MVP Andre Iguodala.

With media days taking place throughout the United States of America over the past couple of days, we finally got to see Curry and KD together donning Golden State attire.

It still seems surreal that he has made the switch to the Western Conference powerhouse, and many people are still unhappy about it, but it is going to make for one of the most interesting narratives of the immediate campaign.

It seems as though Steve Kerr's system will fit perfectly with Durant and will see all of their All-Star talents thrive in a winning environment. They have a whole season to get on the same page, and there is certainly going to be some interesting basketball played.
