Predicted NBA 2K23 Power forwards ratings
NBA 2K23's ratings have been on most people's minds in recent weeks, we also know that 2K has not yet made any official announcements and most likely won't for a few more weeks, we'll probably get them towards the end of August.
In NBA 2K23, power forwards and centres both frequently take up positions on the lower block. The top five power forward ratings for NBA 2K23 are shown below.
5. Zion Williamson - New Orleans Pelicans (OVR 89)
Zion Williamson signed a 5-year rookie agreement with the New Orleans Pelicans worth $193 million guaranteed, which raises to $231 million if he makes an All-NBA team in the 2022-2023 season. Williamson missed all of last season while recovering from a fractured foot and subsequent surgery.
He finished with an overall rating of 89 on NBA 2K22 and a slashing four build. He earned 34 badges in all, two of which are at the Hall of Fame level, we predict that his rating will still be 89.
4. Jayson Tatum - Boston Celtics (OVR 93)
Jayson Tatum may make his 'comeback' this year after advancing to the NBA finals and infamously faltering against Steph Curry and others. Tatum spends a lot of time at both power and small forward positions, but could his greatest strength be one of the league's top wings?
He has a 2-Way Scoring Machine Build and a final Overall Rating of 90 in NBA 2K22. He had 51 Badges in all.
3. Jimmy Butler - Miami Heat (OVR 94)
Jimmy Butler has a 2-Way Slashing Playmaker Build and a final Overall Rating of 92 in NBA 2K22. He had 51 Badges in all.
He was, at times, the finest player in the postseason after coasting through the regular season, making hardly any threes and losing time due to injuries. After losing P.J. Tucker, Miami's starting five is still up in the air, but we hope Butler will be among the best.
2. Kevin Durant - Brooklyn Nets (OVR 96)
Kevin Durant has an overall rating of 96 and is an offensive threat build in NBA 2K22. He earned 47 badges in all, four of which are at the Hall of Fame level.
Between Kyrie Irving playing in fewer than 30 games, Ben Simmons missing all of the games, and James Harden being moved mid-season. It was expected of Kevin Durant to be the Brooklyn Nets' heart and soul, and he succeeded in that role. Durant led the league in points per game and free-throw percentage in 56 games played.
1. Giannis Antetokounmpo - Milwaukee Bucks (OVR 98)
The Milwaukee Bucks picked him with the 15th overall choice in the 2013 NBA Draft, which is one of the many reasons we picked him as our top player in this position.
He has a 2-Way Slashing Playmaker Build and a final Overall Rating of 97 in NBA 2K22. He earned 57 badges in all, three of which are Hall of Fame Level.
Giannis Antetokounmpo isn't showing any signs of slowing down, averaging a career-high 29.9 points per game and has been named to his fourth straight NBA All-Defensive First Team and fourth consecutive All-NBA First Team, who wouldn't want to pick him?
That concludes our predictions for the power forwards, do you think we're spot on? or are we way off? We'll find out when 2K releases the official ratings. Be sure to check back on GiveMeSport as we will be covering predictions on other positions.
