Spurs and Arsenal will likely provide Premier League's best player this week

Published Add your comment

After what was a dramatic set of fixtures in the Premier League last week, there are a number of teams who need to either build on, or bounce back from, last weekend's results as we head into Game-week seven.

Arsenal, fresh off the back of overwhelming Chelsea 3-0 at the Emirates, will be looking to avoid a potential banana skin as they travel to Turf Moor to face Burnley.

Meanwhile, at the other end of the spectrum, Leicester City will be desperate to steady the ship in a home game against Southampton following a 4-1 defeat at the hands of Manchester United.

And then there are those teams currently sneaking under the radar somewhat - we're looking at you Tottenham - who have the opportunity to cement their credentials amongst the league's elite.

Those three teams could also prove rich pickings for DraftKings players this week. Three stars, in particular, have the potential to steal the show.

Santi Cazorla

Cazorla was something of a surprise choice to play alongside Francis Coquelin in the London derby against Chelsea last Saturday, but the little Spaniard repaid Arsene Wenger's faith with a standout performance.

In fine form heading into the weekend, the two-footed midfielder could pick apart a Burnley team who will have had two fewer days to prepare for the Sunday clash. With six points for an assist on DraftKings, as well as a point awarded for each shot taken, there is the potential for Cazorla to score big this week.

As Arsenal's primary set piece taker, he could also provide plenty of crosses - each of which is worth 0.75 points.

Son Heung-min

With Harry Kane unavailable through injury, Son Heung-min stepped up for Spurs last week to score both goals in the north London club's 2-1 win over Middlesbrough.

He already has four goals to his name in the league, and, although chances may be harder to come by against Manchester City this weekend, the South Korean will still be one of Tottenham's main attacking threats.

He had four shots (two of which were on target) against 'Boro, and won't be afraid to pull the trigger versus the league leaders after the week he has had.

Middlesbrough v Tottenham Hotspur - Premier League

An added bonus? He is virtually assured to avoid any minus points after keeping out of the referee's notebook all season so far.

Christian Fuchs

Leicester might have conceded four goals against Manchester United last week, but they'll be more confident of keeping a clean sheet at home to a Southampton side who have scored just seven goals in six games.

That makes Fuchs a must start this week in DraftKings. Not only could he benefit from a three-point clean sheet bonus, but the full-back will be providing plenty of crosses from the left flank as Leicester push for a much-needed win.

Leicester City FC v FC Porto - UEFA Champions League

The only concern would be if the Austrian picks up a booking, with yellow cards costing DraftKings players 1.5 points.
