Liverpool defender Dejan Lovren is set to be the subject of a police investigation following road safety concerns.
This has been reported by Sky Sports, who have explained that Merseyside Police stated that officers are looking into an Instagram video and will assess if action is required.
Lovren, 27, can be seen taking both hands off the steering wheel and using a mobile phone. With the duo of Marko Grujic and Lazar Markovic alongside him in his vehicle, the trio were filmed singing "You'll Never Walk Alone".

Klopp won't be happy
One thing is for sure, Reds boss Jurgen Klopp won't be impressed with the aforementioned trio. The German coach only recently warned his players about their use of social media following Mamadou Sakho's outburst.
The Liverpool defender admitted on social media that he was frustrated by his situation on Merseyside. Klopp, then, made it quite clear that his Liverpool players must follow his rules.
As per the Telegraph, Klopp stated: “Those two things are not a rule for Mamadou Sakho. It is a rule for every player. Work hard and do your best. The rest of this I spoke to the team about and I spoke to Mama and we spoke together and that’s it. From my side everything is done and now we can carry on. There is nothing else to say.”
The Reds' immediate attention will turn to their lunchtime clash against Swansea City. Klopp's side have been in fine form recently, but will be well aware that they will be in for a tough game against Francesco Guidolin's team.
A victory for Liverpool will temporarily see them jump to second position in the Premier League table.
