Dolph Ziggler takes on The Miz in a career versus Championship match next Sunday night at No Mercy and despite rumours that speculate that Dolph could be winning the Championship, Ric Flair has recently revealed that Ziggler could be leaving WWE for real.
The 16 time World Champion revealed that he had been told that Ziggler's contract expires after No Mercy on the latest edition of The Ric Flair Show.
Ziggler had previously been rumoured to be leaving WWE for a few months following No Mercy much like John Cena and Dean Ambrose, but how will SmackDown survive if they lose three of their biggest stars?

UNDERRATED AND UNDERUSED
Ever since Dolph Ziggler's concussion during his run as World Champion back in 2013, WWE have been reluctant to push the Cleveland native towards the top spot of the company.
Ziggler was labelled as injury prone and has been stuck in mid-card competition for the past few years. Ziggler finally looked like he could break free when he faced Dean Ambrose for the WWE Championship at SmackDown's first exclusive pay-per-view but after failing to capture the title, he was pushed back down the pecking order.
According to a report from 24Wrestling.com "The Nature Boy revealed that he’s been told Ziggler’s contract expires after No Mercy. Flair said he hopes this isn’t the case as he’s a big fan of the former World Champion. Flair feels that Ziggler’s in-ring talent should secure him a spot on TV as long as he wants, but has also heard that WWE has a position for him behind-the-scenes."

ZIGGLER VERSUS THE MIZ
The Miz has been doing some incredible things on SmackDown over the past few weeks and it always seemed unlikely that WWE would allow Miz to drop the Championship whilst he's on such an incredible run.
Dolph has mentioned a few times that he was starting to look towards career paths away from WWE and has had success as a stand-up comic outside of the company. Ziggler has also stated that he is not happy with his position in WWE and this could be a big factor in this decision.
Ziggler is without doubt, one of the most naturally talented superstars in WWE currently and he will be a huge loss to WWE if Ric Flair is correct with his latest statement, but it is hard to believe that WWE would allow three superstars to leave the company at the same time and leave SmackDown in a tricky position.
