The clash that would be a rematch from WrestleMania XX has edged ever closer as the Beast Incarnate's advocate Paul Heyman came to RAW to address the idea.

Heyman would go on to issue a direct challenge to Goldberg on behalf of Lesnar to a rematch between the two.

It was the speech that fans have been waiting for and has now set up the long awaited return of Goldberg to the WWE.

It didn't take long to get a response from the former 173-0 superstar as he took to Twitter to confirm that next week would see his return to WWE.

Goldberg will be live on RAW next week to address Heyman and Lesnar's challenge in what should be the final confirmation of their date with destiny.

It is largely expected that Lesnar and Goldberg will face off at Survivor Series next month in a match that will surely main event the show.
