We're now entering week six in the 2016 NFL season, so it's time to see which players have been the most popular in jersey sales so far this year, according to ESPN's Darren Rovell.
There are three rookie players on this seven-player list, with the other four being well-known players in the league. Two of the rookies are quarterbacks, while the other rookie is a running back. One of these rookies is number one on the list as well.
It comes to no surprise as to which rookie is in the number one spot, it's the Philadelphia Eagles' new star Carson Wentz.

The Eagles quarterback sits at the top of the list, which isn't really a shock if you consider how well he is playing this season so far, but it also shows how much of an impact he is having in the league. He is followed by the Super Bowl MVP of the Denver Broncos Von Miller in second, and arguably the best wide receiver in the league in Antonio Brown of the Pittsburgh Steelers in third.
Ezekiel Elliott of the Dallas Cowboys is another rookie who enters the list in fourth, and he is followed by Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski, and the possible new starting quarterback for the Cowboys and rookie, Dak Prescott.

Wentz currently has the Eagles on a 3-1 record after throwing for 1,007 yards, seven touchdowns, and only one interception so far this season. The trade with the Browns for the second overall pick is looking the best decision the team has made over the past couple of years as they now have their franchise quarterback.
Also, Cowboys fans are completely behind their team even when their backup quarterback is playing under center. It's really surprising that Prescott has the seventh highest amount of jersey sales in the league after the first five weeks. He has been playing incredibly well, as he has thrown 155 pass attempts without an interception so far this season.
