Dillian Whyte is preparing for his next fight in an interesting way - by lifting 20kg weights with his teeth.
The Heavyweight Champion is getting into shape for his next fight, which will take place on November 26.
Two weeks ago, Whyte took the vacant British Heavyweight title when he beat Ian Lewison after 10 rounds in Glasgow.

He's wasted no time in getting back to full fitness, and the video further down this article shows how much power the Jamaican-born boxer has, even in his teeth.
He manages to complete 20 reps with a 20kg weight attached to his mouth which completed a bizarre workout aimed to strengthen his neck and shoulder muscles.
The Daily Mail also reported the caption that Whyte posted alongside the clip, which read: "So my next fight will be Nov 26th time to start eating these 20kg plates again back to camp we go champ champ lol #TEAMBODYSNATCHER can't wait to get in the ring again hopefully for anther belt."
The fighter boasts a 19-1 win record, with his only loss coming to fellow Brit Anthony Joshua in December 2015.
Whyte was originally expected to fight Dereck Chisora on November 26 but has recently challenged Australian Lucas Browne to a match after exchanging words on social media.
Whoever steps into the ring against Whyte next month will have to be at the top of their game to take the heavyweight title off him.
After picking the belt up only two weeks ago, Whyte will be desperate to hold onto it for a long time to cement his place at the top of British boxing.
