It’s a huge night of European football, but what’s Cristiano Ronaldo doing?

Spending time with his friends and family? Watching Barcelona v Manchester City or any of the other seven matches on this evening?

By the looks of it, it’s neither of those things. Ronaldo has posted a bizarre photo on Instagram of himself wearing some sort of face mask.

The Real Madrid superstar, who set up two goals for Los Blancos in their 5-1 victory over Legia Warsaw at the Bernabeu on Tuesday, didn’t explain why he’s wearing a face mask.

Instead, he posted the following series of emojis: “😂😂😂😂😝😜😂”.

Ronaldo’s former teammate Patrice Evra, who himself caused a bit of a stir on Instagram earlier on Wednesday, couldn’t resist taking the mick out of the three-time Ballon d’Or winner.
