Kevin Durant has quickly settled into life in the Bay Area. While there has been some controversy surrounding his recent comments about former teammate Russell Westbrook and the Oklahoma City Thunder franchise, the 2014 MVP has quickly acclimatised to his new surroundings.

However, there is a still a lot for the forward to learn and he has taken to Reddit to get some tips from his new supporters.

On the Golden State Warriors' subreddit, he asked followers what places in the Bay Area he should check out.

The 28-year-old confirmed it was him and not an imposter with the below photo.

Most people were quick to suggest food spots in Oakland and other areas for the newest member of the Warriors to try out while others were keen to learn more about his personality.

Always eager to interact with fans, KD was very responsive and said he was a huge fan of cultural things and music, to which one Redditor responded: "Amoeba's, Rasputin's, Streetlight for starters. If you wanna legit dig, check out my man's record shop in Campbell, "On the Corner Music."

One fan mentioned Ike's Sandwiches and said the owner would soon name a sandwich after KD, to which the superstar asked what people would call that sandwich.

He then edited his original post to say he would soon be back for an AMA.
