TNA is arguably the biggest competition to WWE who have a very strong hold on the pro wrestling market and have done for many years.
Despite being WWE's biggest rival, the company is constantly surrounded by rumours of them going under and being taken over.
There were very strong rumours not too long ago that WWE themselves were looking to take over the company.
For Lashley however, he does what he can to ignore all of the rumours.
"Once you have to deal with that one or two times, the third or fourth time, you don't pay no attention to it and just keep going. So, I don't even care about the rumors or anything like that." - Lashley on TNA going bust
Lashley has been with TNA for some time now and has been through all of the rumours before so he is quite well versed on how to handle them.
Although it seems farfetched, a potential WWE takeover of the company could put the former ECW champion in quite the bind as he would have to decide whether or not to return to his former employers.
During his interview though, Lashley made a little mention to the current mindset inside the TNA locker room and it is good news for fans of the Impactzone.
"I know that TNA has been around as long as it has and Dixie assured us that things are going to keep going the way it should go."
