Speaking to the NBA after last night's game, James spoke about the experience of having a ring ceremony in his home state, saying it was an 'unbelievable moment'.

He went on to praise the Cleveland fans who had remained loyal to the organisation through all of their hardship and produced his best Ric Flair impression to express his feelings.

"It's an unbelievable moment man," the three-time champion said. "Our fans deserve everything and for us to be able to have game one here - ring night - right across the street, you know, with the Indians in the World Series game one it's the perfect night for a fan and we're happy that we can just give it to them.

They've been always supportive of us and tonight they showed it again; electrifying. You know, as Ric Flair would say: 'WOOOO.'"
