Juventus defender Patrice Evra has been a frequent user of social media over the past few months, often to good effect, and his latest post is no different.

The France international, who himself was caught up in racial controversy a few years ago with Luis Suarez, clearly wanted to emphasise to his followers the importance of the fight against racism in football.

To do so, the 35-year-old left-back decided to upload a video which includes him dancing in a panda costume to the song "Panda" by Desiigner before revealing himself to share a classy message.

The hilarious clip, which you can see below, was accompanied by the words: "Be like my panda!!! I'm black, white, asian and chubby !! SAY NO TO RACISM !!! Who wants to be a panda ??? I love this game hahahahahahahahah ps after this video you can t be racist...":

Man United star reacts

Evra enjoyed eight highly successful years earlier in his career at Manchester United, winning five Premier League titles, one Champions League, three League Cups, five Community Shield's and the FIFA Club World Cup.

Current United playmaker Juan Mata, also very active on social media, reacted to the Frenchman's amusing Instagram message by leaving a reply of his own.

The 28-year-old Spaniard, who scored United's winner in Wednesday's EFL Cup derby win over Manchester City, commented on Evra's video and, as you can see, it seems as though he enjoyed the ex-Red Devil's post:

Evra loves to enjoy himself and have fun off the pitch, but on it, his Juventus side are preparing for Saturday night's huge game against rivals Napoli in Serie A.

The defending champions currently have just a two-point lead over Roma at the top of the table, while Napoli are a further two points behind in third place, but this weekend's clash will see record-signing Gonzalo Higuain come up against his former club for the very first time.
