LeBron James' Halloween party has certainly caused a storm on social media. As if the recent rivalry between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors wasn't already heated another, the three-time finals MVP has just added more fuel to the fire.
His party included a skeleton decorated drum with the words '3-1 lead' printed onto the base drum while there were also 'R.I.P Klay Thompson' and 'R.I.P Steph Curry' cookies on show.
Of course, it was never going to be too long before the Warriors were asked for their thoughts, and Draymond Green said it did not bother him as he already has enough motivation to beat the Cavaliers.
"More power to them," Draymond Green told ESPN's Chris Haynes. "I already got enough fuel. I don't need more. Enjoy."
Shaun Livingston added: "It is what it is. All it is is more fuel for the fire. That's it. We're not going to say, 'All, that's great, we like it.' But it is what it is. It's part of the sport."
Thompson, who was one of the targets of ridicule took a different view, simply saying: "Yeah, I don't get it, cuz I'm not dead."
Kevin Durant, who is one of the new faces in the organisation said: "I wasn't here last year but I obviously know from being on the team, you don't want to see nothing like that (from Cavs).
"Me personally, it's just jokes because you still have to play. Just like I'm sure there were so many jokes that went on about Cleveland and LeBron over the years, and you still have to play on the court. So none of that s--t matters until you duke it out on the court."
