When WWE are thinking of a storyline or the next big feud, they've got to get every aspect of it correct.
Not only do they need to put the right two superstars together, they then need to get the booking right, and they also need to get the timing right.
You can't just throw any two superstars together and expect magic. Nor can you just randomly start a feud from out of nowhere and expect it to take off.

WWE have kind of done that with Roman Reigns and Kevin Owens for the Universal Championship. All of a sudden, the main event at Roadblock next month sees the two square off against each other, despite there being no historic feud between the duo.
However, one feud that WWE are taking seriously and are heavily considering backstage is Charlotte vs Bayley.
It's a feud that will 100% happen, but WWE officials are adamant on booking it correctly, and according to NoDQ, they've recently changed their minds regarding the storyline once again.
So, let's rewind.
The initial plan was to have Sasha Banks vs Bayley at WrestleMania, but then WWE decided to swap Banks for Charlotte, so that there was a heel vs a face.
The initial idea was to see them face each other at WrestleMania, probably next year's pay-per-view, but then that changed when officials wanted to bring the feud forward.
This is part of the reason behind Charlotte defeating Banks at Hell in a Cell last month.
However, NoDQ are now reporting that officials have changed their minds once again, and are now content to make the WWE Universe wait for the feud until 'Mania.
