It's safe to say CM Punk won't be returning to the WWE anytime soon.
Even with his recent losses in the UFC, the chances of the former professional wrestler returning to the company are slim because of every that has happened in the past between the two sides.
Still, some fans are hoping he does and they just can't seem to let that hope go.

A fan asked him on Twitter if the rumors of him returning to WrestleMania 33 in Orlando, Florida in 2017 were true, to which the 38-year-old gave a sarcastic reply and trolled him.
Punk said: "Yes. I also prevented a Ford plant from moving to Mexico. It's true. Going to be big. So big. Bigly. Tremendously bigly."
So it's confirmed. Punk is coming back to the WWE next year and all is well between him and Vince McMahon. Yeah right.
Although WrestleMania is usually a time for past wrestlers to return to the WWE, the relationship between Punk and the company are nowhere near at the strength they once were, so don't expect him to be back in the squared circle under their name anytime soon.
You know what they say, though, never say never, and there's a ton of opponents fans would love to see the former WWE champion compete against. Superstars like AJ Styles, Finn Balor, and Kevin Owens. It's just a case of waiting for the relationship between the two parties to heal if it is to do so at all, in order for those matches to be put on.
It's great how Punk threw a little bit of politics into the tweet as well, so here's to hoping he starts campaigning for his return to the company to make WWE great again.
