Tonight's episode of RAW followed up on Sunday's memorable Survivor Series event and it produced a main event worthy of any PPV.

It may not have been announced before the show went live, but the final match of the night was a Universal Championship match between Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens.

Another chance

During a segment of the Highlight Reel, Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens would announce that the person responsible for Team RAW's loss at Survivor Series was Roman Reigns.

Just as the blame began to shift to Rollins, the Architect came to the ring to make an announcement of his own.

Rollins making the announcement that the reason he joined RAW's team was because he was promised a Universal Championship match.

That was a promise that he was there to collect and Commissioner Mick Foley was on hand to make it a no disqualification match with both Roman Reigns and Chris Jericho banned from ringside.

What followed would be one of the more memorable RAW main events.

A match that took them all over the arena, Rollins and Owens battled it out in a match worthy of being the main event of any show on the WWE calendar.

Unfortunately Jericho just couldn't stay away and attacked Rollins during the match from inside the crowd.

He did however enter ringside eventually and clearly violated the Commissioners order - surely meaning that there will be some ramifications for himself and Owens.
