Arsenal needed a last-minute goal on Saturday to maintain their impressive unbeaten run.
But, Olivier Giroud's header against Manchester United does mean the Gunners can head into Wednesday's crunch Champions League tie against Paris Saint-Germain with a spring in their step having not tasted defeat in 17 straight games.
Speaking to UEFA.com ahead of the game, current PSG star Angel Di Maria was under no illusions about the challenge his side faces and, asked what were Arsenal's major strengths, the former Manchester United winger also singled out the Gunners' most dangerous player.
When it comes to facing off against Arsenal, Di Maria has more experience that the majority of his PSG teammates having played against the north London club in the Premier League during his brief spell at Old Trafford.
In three games against Arsenal in the 2014/15 season, Di Maria was in the squad for one win, one loss and one draw. However, he also saw red in United's F.A. Cup defeat to the Gunners that year.
And, given the way Arsenal are playing right now, the Argentinian may be worried about losing to Arsene Wenger and co. once more this week. Especially if one man is on form.
"They are excellent on the counter attack," Di Maria explained, via ESPN, before naming the Gunners star that poses the biggest danger to PSG's hopes.
"(Mesut) Özil is a world class player, his passing game is excellent and evolving with very fast players around him."
Di Maria has clearly been watching Arsenal closely so far this season. Ozil has undoubtedly been one of the form players for the Gunners, both in Europe and domestically, and he has stepped his game up to a new level during their impressive unbeaten run.
And, although the German couldn't help his side get the three points when they faced PSG in September's 1-1 draw, his match-winning performances elsewhere this campaign haven't gone unnoticed.
With Wednesday's clash likely to determine who tops Group A, Arsenal will be hoping that Ozil can mastermind another big win, even if he is now certain to get more attention from his PSG opponents.
However, as we have seen already in Champions League action, sometimes it doesn't matter how many players you send to try and stop Ozil, there's just nothing you can do.
The Ludogorets squad can tell Di Maria that.
