Middlesbrough boss Gareth Southgate has urged his players to follow the example of frontmen Afonso Alves and Tuncay Sanli as they attempt to build on a promising week.
The Teessiders have collected five points from their last three games - a difficult trip to Blackburn and home clashes with Manchester City and West Ham - just the kind of response for which the manager was looking after a humiliating 5-0 defeat by Chelsea at the Riverside Stadium.
He said: "The style I want to play is that I want players to express themselves, and I have got players who can do that."
He added: "Sometimes, they don't believe in themselves enough.
"But if I take our two front players from Saturday [Alves and Tuncay] as an example, they are two players who have fantastic belief in themselves and who believe any game is winnable.
"When you have players like that in your side who can score from nothing, that should give the team huge belief as well."
