Paul Jewell is looking forward to the prospect of Derby's Carling Cup clash against Leeds.

The Rams boss saw his side set up a fourth round tie against Gary McAllister's side at Pride Park next week with a 4-1 triumph at Brighton.

"There is bound to be a tremendous atmosphere. Leeds are doing very well and it has got the makings of a decent game," said Jewell.

Despite the margin of victory at the Withdean Stadium, Jewell was not happy with his side's overall performance against Brighton.

He said: "We haven't got the Forest match out of our system.

"It was a long journey down and with two games in quick succession we looked jaded at times. But the players deserve credit for getting through."
