Goals from Paul Hartley and Scott McDonald gave Celtic a 2-0 victory over 10-man Motherwell in their Clydesdale Bank Premier League clash at Parkhead.
After Hoops midfielder Shaun Maloney hooked a John Sutton header off the line, Hartley opened the scoring with his first home goal for Celtic just before the break.
Well striker David Clarkson was shown a straight red card in the 57th minute for a push in the face of Parkhead substitute Paul Caddis, on for Maloney, before McDonald fired in the clincher from the edge of the box in the 70th minute taking his tally for the season to six.
