Fiorentina midfielder Felipe Melo is proud to be linked with Barclays Premier League giants Arsenal but admits the future is out of his hands with four years left on his contract in Florence.
Gunners coach Arsene Wenger is believed to be an admirer of the 25-year-old Brazilian, and the player is flattered by the attention.
"My agent has told me there is a big club interested in acquiring me. It's a nice feeling," said Melo. "For me Arsenal is more prestigious than Chelsea."
He added: "But I have four years left on my contract with Fiorentina and I am a Fiorentina player.
"The future is in the hands of God.
"I only have to think about doing my job well."
Melo joined Fiorentina in the summer from Primera Liga side Almeria and has been a crucial player for coach Cesare Prandelli, making 12 starts of a possible 14 in Italy's top flight this season.
