Jimmy Bullard scored his first league goal of the season to earn Fulham a 1-1 draw at home to Manchester City and extend their unbeaten run to five matches.

With England manager Fabio Capello watching from the stands, Bullard smashed home in the 27th minute to cancel out Benjani Mwaruwari's early header.

Midfielder Clint Dempsey and misfiring striker Bobby Zamora both wasted good chances to seal a win for Fulham, although goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer saved well from City's Pablo Zabaleta late on.
