Middlesbrough have decided not to appeal against defender David Wheater's sending-off at Hull on Saturday.
The 21-year-old was dismissed for a foul on Geovanni, which led to Marlon King's winning 85th-minute penalty.
Manager Gareth Southgate hinted after the game the club might launch an appeal, but they have now decided against it.
Wheater will miss Saturday's visit of Arsenal to the Riverside Stadium as he serves a one-match ban.
