Sheffield United manager Kevin Blackwell has no doubts that Paddy Kenny will commit his future to the club by signing a new contract.
The 30-year-old goalkeeper has begun talks with the Blades over extending his current deal which expires next summer.
And Blackwell told the Yorkshire Post: "We have opened talks with Paddy about a new deal and I don't expect there to be any hitches. We are taking our time on it because we want to make sure that every detail is ironed out for both parties."
He added: "There is no immediate rush because Paddy has another year on his contract with us (after this season).
"I don't think there is a better keeper in this division. In fact, there are not many better in the Premier League."
