Everton's goalscoring midfielder Tim Cahill insists he will play in any position if it helps the club succeed.
An injury crisis at Goodison Park meant the Australia international was deployed as a lone striker on Saturday after Victor Anichebe failed a late fitness test. However, the move paid off as Cahill struck with a header in second-half injury time to snatch victory against Manchester City with the only goal of the game.
"Playing up front on your own is quite difficult but I'd do anything for this team, and anything for the fans and the club," said Cahill.
