Former England manager Graham Taylor has been appointed a non-executive director of Watford.
Taylor, who was in charge of the national team from 1990 to 1993, coached the Coca-Cola Championship side between 1977 and 1987 and again from 1996 to 2001.
He also served on the club's board during 1998.
Giacomo and Vincenzo Russo and Professor Stuart Timperley have also been appointed non-executive directors.
Watford currently sit just one place above the Championship relegation zone.
