MK Dons have secured the services of midfielder Peter Leven for a further two years.
The 25-year-old, who signed from Chesterfield last summer, has penned a contract extension with the Dons until June 2011.
Leven had been linked to a move away from stadium:mk but is now focused on the his future with the Dons.
"I'm over the moon to be staying here, the negotiations have been going on for a few weeks, but I always wanted to sign for Milton Keynes," he told the club's official website. "It's great to know I'll be here for another two-and-a-half years.
"There's only one direction this club is going and that's up, and I'm delighted that the gaffer, Eddie Newton and the chairman wanted me to be part of its future.
"Milton Keynes is a great place to be at the moment and I'm happy to be settling down now, with my contract sorted, and concentrating on playing football."
