QPR skipper Martin Rowlands believes that when he is finally fit again he could be returning to a side in the Premier League.
Rowlands has pencilled in an October return from the knee injury he suffered against Derby last month, by which time he hopes Paulo Sousa will have guided Rangers to promotion to the top tier.
He told the Ealing Gazette: "It's possible that my next game could be in the Premier League. I really think that could happen."
He continued: "The club are in a very good position at the moment.
"We've got a couple of games in hand and we are obviously pushing for a play-off position. We're looking strong and hopefully we can get in there and get into the Premier League."
