Sharp season in doubt

Sheffield United striker Billy Sharp could be ruled out for the rest of the season due to a groin injury.

Sharp is expected to be out for up to six weeks and is unlikely to feature before the end of April. Loan signing John-Joe O'Toole could be in line for an earlier-than-expected debut as a result at Coventry on Wednesday.

Manager Kevin Blackwell told the Sheffield Star: "John-Joe had only been here three days before the (Birmingham) match, so we didn't have a chance to look at him. I wanted him to see how we play and what's expected of him."
