Elly Shearman set up the programme after having her first child and recognising that there was a lack of opportunities for mums to get out and enjoy activities with their children. With the help of the LTA Open Court programme, she set up the sessions to help benefit the mental wellbeing of mums in her local area and now has over 50 women signed up.
