It may not seem this way to his opponents, but Floyd Mayweather is a pretty generous person.
The 40-year-old, who compiled a perfect 49-0 record in the ring, is well known for spending his well-earned cash on those close to him.
When his oldest son Koraun turned 16 in November 2015, Mayweather gave him a present most kids his age can only dream of, a £30,000 Mercedes C-Class coupe.
Less than two years down the track the Mirror reports that 'Money' has bought his second son Zion the same vehicle for his 16th birthday.
It is a present either son will forget in a hurry.
After such a celebrated career in the ring, Mayweather has plenty of money to go around.
Mayweather's next fight
However generous Mayweather may be, the question fight fans would love to know is whether he will be seen in the ring again.
There has been plenty of discussions regarding a potential blockbuster fight with UFC superstar Conor McGregor, but as yet nothing has come to fruition.
Mayweather laid his cards on the table last month by officially coming out of retirement placing the ball well and truly in the Irishman's court.
At an appearance in Liverpool, Mayweather told the assembled crowd: "I’m coming out of retirement just to fight Conor McGregor.
"Simple and plain, let’s fight in June.”
Mayweather says that all McGregor needs to do is sign the paper so that the fight can go ahead in June.
Dana White's view
Indications are that McGregor seems keen to take on the legendary Mayweather but is keeping the negotiations close to his chest.
Most predictions for the touted fight are that Mayweather will win convincingly, however UFC president Dana White isn't so sure.
The Daily Star reported White as saying: "Believe me, there’s a lot of weekends where I put on fights, and people think they’re not going to win, and they do.
"That’s the crazy thing about the fight business. If people think it’s guaranteed that Floyd is going to win that fight, why would you pay for it?
"There’s no guarantees. Conor is 27, Floyd is 40. Conor’s the bigger, stronger guy. He has knockout power. It’s an interesting fight."
With so much hype, fight fans from across the globe can only hope that someday soon they will get the news they have been waiting for.
