After fouling out for only the second time all season on Sunday against the Atlanta Hawks, it's fair to say that having to watch the end of a close game from the bench is an unusual feeling for LeBron James. In fact, the Cleveland Cavaliers superstar has fouled out only six times in his impressive 14-year NBA career - an amazing feat in a career full of unbelievable accomplishments. After Sunday's 26-point fourth-quarter collapse against the Hawks, though, James did not think he fouled out, expressing shock and anger when he was whistled for his sixth foul in overtime. The foul in question came with 1:52 left in overtime. As you can see in the video below, James is jostling for position with Atlanta's Paul Millsap when the refs blow the whistle:

LeBron's reaction says all you need to know about what he thought of the call, which to be fair, looked questionable at best.

After the game, LeBron expressed his dismay over the refs' decision to ESPN.com, saying there was much worse contact that went uncalled during the course of the game:

"It wasn't a foul on my sixth foul," said James. "I knew I had five [fouls]. I knew the ball was going long. So I may have grazed Millsap a little bit, but I mean, throughout the course of a game [that happens]. I didn't push him or anything like that."

Even with that questionable call, the Cavaliers still blew a 26-point fourth-quarter lead in the 126-125 defeat at the hands of the Hawks, so there were plenty of things for James and his teammates to be upset about.

However, James kept coming back to the refs, calling them out for a questionable jump ball call with only seconds remaining in the fourth quarter when it appeared the Hawks' players had their feet out of bounds:

"We had some bad breaks, obviously, with the jump ball," James said. "A couple of their guys were out of bounds. And then with the jump ball for Kyrie in the corner, I'm sitting right next to the ref [Leroy Richardson] and asking for a timeout, and the explanation he gave me, I never heard in my 14-year career. Never. So it doesn't take away from the fact that we still had a huge lead to start the fourth, but every play counts, no matter what is going on."

LeBron finished Sunday's game with yet another triple-double, notching 32 points, 16 rebounds and 10 assists. However, the Cavs fell to 51-29 with the loss and are now tied with the Boston Celtics for the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference playoff race.
