It’s fair to say Arsenal fans weren’t particularly happy during their match against Crystal Palace. The Gunners fell to a 3-0 defeat at Selhurst Park, meaning their chances of qualifying for next season’s Champions League is looking unlikely. And during the second half, the travelling Gooners made sure their voices were heard. As they watched their side’s miserable performance, Arsenal fans could be heard chanting ‘You’re not fit to wear the shirt,’ whilst they kept hold of the match ball when it went out of play to show their displeasure. In short, they were furious. But their anger didn’t stop at the final whistle.A number of supporters found the Arsenal team coach after the game and continued to hurl abuse at Arsene Wenger and the players. While it’s difficult to exactly make out what was being shouted, you can hear the odd expletive as well as the phrase ‘You don’t give a s***.’

Arsenal fans react to the team coach

Take a look:

Arsenal fans are well aware that if they continue this level of abuse towards the manager and his players, Wenger will have very little decision but to leave this summer.

The Frenchman’s contract expires at the end of the season and he has previously admitted that the opinion of the supporters will be taken into account when deciding his future.

Well, all he had to do was look out of the coach window to see what many Arsenal fans think of him and his team at the moment.

The 3-0 loss to Palace means that the north London side are seven points behind Manchester City in fourth with a game in hand, while they’re nine points behind Liverpool with two games in hand with their top four hopes hanging by a thread.

One thing is almost certain, though, they will be finishing below Spurs for the first time since 1995.

They trail Tottenham by 14 points - although they do have a game in hand.

St. Totteringham's Day will not be taking place this year, it seems.
