The outcome of WWE’s superstar shake-up came as a surprise to many.

While it wasn’t billed as a draft, it wasn’t thought that so many big names would be on the move as opposed to a couple of key changes taking place to freshen up the rosters.

SUPERSTAR SHAKE-UP

The changes seem drastic, and in return, we’re seeing guys from SmackDown LIVE feuding with stars over on Monday Night RAW with titles on the line – and it all seems a little bit of a mess at the moment but hopefully, the pay-per-views over the next month or so clear the whole situation up.

One big name that didn’t end up moving was AJ Styles, as rumours for months now have claimed that Vince McMahon has been so impressed with the Phenomenal One that he wanted to build the brand around him.

Even when Styles claimed that he wanted to stay on the blue brand last week, there was still some speculation that he could be on the move. Instead, the big name that ended up on RAW was, surprisingly, Bray Wyatt.

While he gets his championship rematch against Randy Orton at the RAW-exclusive Payback pay-per-view, there’s speculation that the recent booking decisions and changes for Wyatt is resulting in a lot of frustration backstage.

FRUSTRATION

The Inquisitr has claimed that moving The Eater of Worlds to RAW was a last minute decision, as officials decided to keep Styles on SmackDown LIVE after all – and apparently, that’s something that frustrated Wyatt as he thought there were going to be some big plans in store for him on Tuesday nights.

They added that WWE officials couldn’t decide on the result of the WrestleMania 33 contest between Wyatt and Orton either as at different times, they had plans for both men to walk out of Orlando with the gold, but we know who they eventually decided on.

Following the event, Wyatt was reportedly under the assumption that his feud with The Viper would continue for most of the summer as SmackDown’s biggest feud, but those plans are now obviously scrapped with Wyatt being moved over to RAW.

The source added that the frustration for Wyatt continues to pile up as he’s consistently being told one thing from WWE officials, but something completely different ends up happening with him in regards to booking.

If that’s the case, then you can understand why he’d be frustrated. Being told your remaining on SmackDown then moving to RAW, as well as being told that you’re retaining the WWE title at WrestleMania and then dropping the gold will frustrate anyone.

Fans have always been highly critical of the way WWE have handled Wyatt – who is now 0-3 at WrestleMania – and these decisions don’t help anyone, especially someone who has the talent to be the biggest heel in the company.

Hopefully, his move to RAW can bring him the success he deserves.
